I think this is probably the least controversial opinion I've ever had. As I type this, I'm laying on the couch, my nose is all clogged and my eyes kind of watery because of allergies. So I don't have the fondest opinion of our seasonal (or not-so-seasonal) friends. Ugh!
Update 17/3/2023: I. Hate. Allergies. I don't know why---maybe because spring seems to have happened really abruptly this year---but I had ever so slight symptoms, and then suddenly a few days ago I got hit like a truck. Allergies suck!!
The first world problem of illnesses. Everyone regards it as no big deal, and even after one's recovered from a cold, you don't really say "wow, that sucked so much", you just move on. But having a cold really does suck. You can't breathe and/or have a horribly sore throat and/or are coughing multiple times a minute. I'm recovering from a cold right now, and my nose and throat are (mostly) back to normal, but I'm coughing a crap tonne, especially when I'm off my cold meds, and it's very annoying. Ugh!
I love autumn! As I write this, it's mid-September and it's rapidly getting cooler, and I'm so excited! I love hoodies and long-sleeved tops and especially these super cute sweaters I got recently! And it's not so cold yet that I'm super dry-skinned, but it's cool enough I can almost wear comfy, cozy clothes and I'm ready! Besides, pumpkin spice is super fun. And it's so Gilmore Girls! Fall in general has such a nice ambiance, and it's the most comfortable season, where I feel at home! Especially if it's rainy!
