More and more in our modern life, the mailbox is where we receive ads and bills, the e-mail inbox a place reserved for newsletters and business exchanges, and even our cell phones overloaded with business stuff. It sometimes seems, at least to me, like we've lost the personal touch that used to exist in popular forms of communication. So today I wanted to examine that a little, and find out: what have we lost?
